I am a recent retiree and have many allergies and skin sensitivities. As part of my ongoing campaign to try new things and bust out of my comfort zone, I decided to try a brow enhancement -- I lost most of mine due to wreckless plucking during in high school. The staff are warm, knowledgable and professional and took the time to walk me through the various options and made me feel comfortable with my choice. I highly recommend PLS for anyone who might be a little nervous or unsure.
